If you create a Shared Project, make sure to save it immediately in a location that other members of the workgroup can access. It is always preferable to establish stand-alone projects that may be shared at any moment after they are completed. While you can create a shared project by going to File > New > Shared Project, I recommend starting with a standard Premiere project because there is no way to select where a Shared Project will be saved.
